He is now going deep into the myths and misconceptions about the controversial Gender Wage Gap, drawing upon new fact-based research from Harvard and Tel Aviv universities, a big-data human resource company and a Seattle-based cognitive psychologist with new ground breaking gender research. Together, the data peels away common misunderstandings - and identifies hidden threats to organization survivability. Craig then proposes some innovative ideas to help turn things around, and maybe even benefit organizations and their employees – both male and female. About our Presenter: Craig Clermont studied economics in Canada and is a self-taught expert in team and organizational decision-making. A father of two teen daughters, Craig became interested in the intersection of gender and decision-making, leading to research, papers and talks on the topics for the Puget Sound Association for Legal Administrators and the Washington State Bar on the topics covering the proven business advantages of diversity and inclusion, along with data-driven evidence for how organizations can better foster a diverse workforce.
